If you wish to receive a package with information on the Ontario Family Fishing Weekend, simply download one of the forms below and either fax or e-mail a copy of the completed form to the contact listed on the form. The word documents are editable and best used for e-mailing. The PDF file may be downloaded to your computer and printed off for faxing purposes.

If you wish to develop a local event as part of the Ontario Family Fishing Weekend, the following materials and information is available to help you.

Ontario Family Fishing Weekend Promotional Material

To help spread the word about this year's Ontario Family Fishing Weekend you may request promotional materials by e-mailing your request to offw@ofah.org or by calling 705-748-6324. The materials available to your are:

• OFFW Posters - free copy Summer Poster ( 2.2 MB)
  These posters highlight the dates and licence-free nature of the weekend. They are 8 1/2 X 11" in size, with an additional 3" space at the bottom for adding the name, time and location of your event. (French/English back-to-back)
• OFFW Flyers - free copy Summer Flyer ( 550 KB)
  The flyers provide additional information on the weekend, as well as contact numbers if people have additional questions. They can be left as "back up" where the posters are placed. (French/English back-to-back)
• Introduction to fishing materials, free, available in bulk:
  • Take A Kid Fishing, a booklet for adults who want to take kids fishing;
  • Ontario Recreational Fishing Regulations Summary;
  • A temporary tattoo with a full colour image of Bob the Bobber and the words, "Catch the Fun!" ;
  • A Young Angler's Licence, a fun, free, wallet-sized licence which reminds kids of the ethics of fishing, and contains the winning entry to the 2006 Kids? Fish Art Contest;

OFFW Participant Certificates

Provide your young anglers with a lasting memory of your event with a space to insert the name of the participant.
